​Morocco’s 40 Under 40 is inspired by a vision to contribute to Morocco’s development goals for 2030. Our mission is to train and empower 40 ambitious leaders under 40 each year, aiming to build a network of 200 dynamic leaders by 2030. This initiative unites Moroccans both within the country and from the Moroccan diaspora, fostering inclusion and connection across borders.

 

Each year, our selected cohort of 40 leaders, from diverse yet strategic sectors, will be guided by 40 distinguished Moroccan mentors—success stories from across the globe—who will provide insight and support. By leveraging Moroccan talent worldwide, our goal is to make a meaningful impact on the Kingdom of Morocco, showcasing the strength and potential of Moroccans everywhere.​​
